Justin's roasted potatoes

  1. Cook bacon almost half way done save the bacon grease (fat)
  2. Chop potatoes into half or quarters, toss with herbs, spices and bacon grease in a BBQ safe dish place on BBQ start cooking on low to medium heat
  3. After 10 min add chopped bacon carrots and onion, mix it all around for even distrabution continue cooking for another 30 min on low to medium heat
  4. Continue mixing around so potatoes do not burn on the bottom of cooking dish
  5. When potatoes are done remove from heat and sprinkle shredded cheese on top allow cheese to melt and potatoes to cool
  6. Serve with any main course and enjoy :)
