Bacon, Egg, Potato Casserole Recipe

• 6 large potatoes
• 6 boiled Large eggs
• 300gm diced bacon or possibly about 5 rashers bacon
• 3 tbsp butter or possibly marg
• 7 tbsp flour (any sort)
• breadcrumbs, for sprinkling (optional)
• 2 c. lowfat milk

1. This is a recipe I have been cooking for years, and is an all time family favourite!
2. This is so easy, the ingredients will just depend on what dish you use.
