Little Pumpkin Pies

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Combine sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves in small bowl.
  3. Beat eggs lightly in large bowl.
  4. Add pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture to eggs.
  5. Gradually stir in evaporated milk.
  6. Pour into shells.
  7. Bake for 15 min.
  8. Reduce oven temperature to 350 F and bake 30-35 min.
  9. or until knife inserted comes out clean.
  10. Cool on wire rack for 2 hours.
  11. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
