sweet and sour pork

  1. cut the pork into bite sized pieces add spice to the pork
  2. add cornstarch and flour to a gallon bag add pork and the rest of the ingredients to the marinade
  3. seal bag mix well everything in the bag
  4. let sit for an hour then deep fry your pork
  5. when done add to paper towels to drain excessive oil
  6. in a pot or deep pan add your liquids except quarter cup of water
  7. add sugar get the ingredients hot in a container mix quarter cup water and cornstarch mix well
  8. mix the ketchup mixture well bring to boil add the cornstarch solution
  9. whisk till thickens remove from heat and let sit
