Mixed Greens with Basil-Balsamic Vinaigrette and Parmesan

  1. To make the dressing:
  2. Add the basil, vinegar, mustard and garlic in a small bowl.
  3. Whisk in olive oil slowly until well blended.
  4. To assemble the salad:
  5. Place the greens among the serving plates.
  6. Top with radishes, cucumbers and cherry tomatoes.
  7. Drizzle with vinaigrette and top with shaved or grated parmesan cheese.
  8. Serve.
