PHILADELPHIA No-Bake Cheesecake
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
- 1 HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust (6 oz. or 9 inch)
- fresh fruit or cherry pie filling
- Mix cream cheese and sugar with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
- Gently stir in whipped topping.
- Spoon into crust.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
- Top with fresh fruit or cherry pie filling.
- Helpful Hint: Soften cream cheese in microwave on HIGH for 15 to 20 seconds.
