Pizza Supreme Pockets
- 2 crusty round rolls
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 1/2 tablespoons KRAFT Easy Cheese Cream Cheese Spread
- 4 slices mild salami, cut into strips
- 2 tablespoons finely diced green capsicum
- 2 medium button mushrooms, chopped
- 4 black olives, pitted and roughly chopped
- Cut the top off the roll and hollow out the inside by removing the bread.
- Combine the tomato paste, cream cheese spread, salami, capsicum, mushrooms and black olives.
- Spoon into the cavity of the roll and top with lid.
- Bake at 180C for 10 minutes wrapped in foil until the filling has warmed through.
- Serve warm or cold.
