Pizza Supreme Pockets

  1. Cut the top off the roll and hollow out the inside by removing the bread.
  2. Combine the tomato paste, cream cheese spread, salami, capsicum, mushrooms and black olives.
  3. Spoon into the cavity of the roll and top with lid.
  4. Bake at 180C for 10 minutes wrapped in foil until the filling has warmed through.
  5. Serve warm or cold.
