Black Rice Futomaki Rolls with Wasabi Stems
- 180 ml Black rice
- 180 ml Mochi rice
- 1 stalk Wasabi stem
- 1 White sesame seeds
- 8 leaves Shiso leaves
- 4 sheets Toasted nori seaweed
- 20 grams Sesame oil
- 1 grams Seaweed salt (or salt)
- Measure the black rice and mochi rice.
- Wash the rice, add to the rice cooker along with the proper amount of water, and let it sit for an hour (optional).
- Mix A into the freshly cooked rice, julienne the wasabi stem and shiso leaves, and roll up.
