Hash Brown Casserole Recipe
- 2 pound bag hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. crushed corn flakes
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Put hash browns in 9x13 lightly buttered pan.
- Mix together 1/2 stick melted butter, lowfat sour cream, onion, cheese (2 c.) and soup.
- Pour over hash browns, mix slightly.
- Combine corn flakes and 1/2 stick melted butter, sprinkle over potato mix.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Sprinkle with 1 c. cheese and bake for 1/2 hour.
