Ham Slice In Cumberland Sauce Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. In small saucepan over medium heat, heat to boiling first 7 ingredients.
  3. Meanwhile, slash fat edges of ham slice and put in 10x6 baking dish.
  4. In c., blend cornstarch and orange juice till smooth; gradually stir into warm wine mix and cook, stirring constantly till thickened.
  5. Pour over ham slice in baking dish.
  6. Cover tightly with foil and bake approximately 1 1/4 hrs.
  7. Makes 8 servings.
