Banana Cheese Cake (Jamaican) Recipe

• 1 1/2 lb cream cheese
• 4 x Large eggs
• 4 ounce sugar about 1/2 c.
• 1/2 c. cream
• 1 x orange
• 2 tsp vanilla nutmeg banana jam

1. Mix cream cheese with sugar; add in cream & grated rind of orange.
2. Add in vanilla, nutmeg and Large eggs.
3. Cook in a double-boiler for 45 min.
4. Put in mould to set.
5. Unmould when cold.
6. Put a topping of banana jam & decorate with whipped cream and ripe banana.
