Homemade Aperitivo

• 3 cups ice
• 2 cups Campari
• 1 cup Italian sweet vermouth
• 1 cup Italian dry vermouth
• 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
• 1 teaspoon aromatic bitters (recommended: Angostura)
• 8 thin orange slices

1. In a large pitcher mix the ice, Campari, sweet vermouth, dry vermouth, orange juice, and bitters.
2. Rub the inside of 8 martini glasses with an orange slice.
3. Pour the drink into the glasses and garnish each glass with an orange slice.
4. Serve immediately.
