Pork Chop Bake Recipe

  1. Trim fat from pork chops.
  2. Sprinkle one side with salt.
  3. Place chops salted side down in ungreased baking dish 13 x 8 x 2 inches.
  4. Add in water.
  5. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package except use 3 c. mix, 1 c. water and 1/2 c. butter-butter.
  6. Spoon stuffing onto pork chops.
  7. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
  8. Uncover and bake 15 min more.
  9. Serve with gravy.
