Pork Chop Bake Recipe
- 6 lean pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp. water
- 3 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
- Trim fat from pork chops.
- Sprinkle one side with salt.
- Place chops salted side down in ungreased baking dish 13 x 8 x 2 inches.
- Add in water.
- Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package except use 3 c. mix, 1 c. water and 1/2 c. butter-butter.
- Spoon stuffing onto pork chops.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
- Uncover and bake 15 min more.
- Serve with gravy.
