Mandarin Orange Salad

• 3 ounces jello 1 pkg, orange
• 1 cup water hot
• 1/2 cup water cold
• 1/2 cup orange juice, concentrated frozen
• 1 each mandarin oranges 1 small can, (drained)
• 8 ounces heavy whipping cream

1. Mix jello in hot water.
2. Stir until dissolved.
3. Add cold water and orange juice.
4. When slightly set, fold in 3/4 cup whipping cream and oranges.
5. Throw juice away.
