Caper Saffron Mayonaise Bon Appetit Recipe

  1. Bring water and saffron to simmer in small saucepan.
  2. Remove from heat; let stand 10 min.
  3. Place mayonnaise in small bowl; whisk in saffron mix.
  4. Add in remaining ingredients; stir till blended.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cover and refrigerateat least 2 hrs.
  7. (Can be made 3 days ahead.
  8. Keep chilled.)
