Triple-Apple Raisin Bread

• 2 14 teaspoons dried yeast
• 2 23 cups bread flour
• 12 cup wheat flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 34 teaspoon cinnamon
• 14 teaspoon nutmeg
• 18 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 cup apple pie filling
• 13 cup dried apple, chopped, lightly packed
• 13 cup sour cream
• 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
• 12 cup apple juice, warm
• 12 cup raisins

1. Place all ingredients, except raisins, into the pan in the order listed or as needed by your bread machine.
2. Add the raisins when the breadmaker beeps during the second kneading.
