Low-Fat Chocolate Cookies

  1. Cream margarine, add 2/3 cup sugar, beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until blended.
  2. Add buttermilk, vanilla, and egg whites, beat well.
  3. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt; add to creamed mixture, mixing well.
  4. Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 apart onto cookied sheets coated with cooking spray.
  5. Bake at 350F for 7 minutes.
  6. Remove from pan, cool completely on wire racks.
  7. Sprinkle with powered sugar.
