Baked Cabbage
- 1 head cabbage quartered
- 1 each onions chopped
- 1 x dill weed fresh
- 13 cup vegetable stock
- 1 each apples peeled, chopped
- 13 cup white wine optional
- 3 tablespoons parsley leaves fresh chopped
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese shredded, non-fat
- Put cabbage in casserole.
- Top with onion, apples, cheese and parsley.
- Put broth in bottom.
- Cover with foil and bake 350F (180C) until cabbage is tender.
