Sugarless Heart Cookies

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream margarine and gelatin.
  2. Beat in egg substitute and vanilla.
  3. Add flour and baking powder; mix well.
  4. Chill for 1 hour.
  5. Roll out on a lightly floured board to 1/4-inch thickness.
  6. Cut with a 1-1/4-inch cookie cutter.
  7. Place on ungreased baking sheets.
  8. Bake at 400F for 6-7 minutes or until bottoms are lightly browned and cookies are set.
  9. Cool on wire racks.
