Stir Fried Asparagus, Wiener Sausages and Tofu

  1. Thoroughly drain the tofu.
  2. Cut into 1.5-2 cm cubes.
  3. Cut both the asparagus and the wiener sausages into 2 cm.
  4. Dredge the tofu in katakuriko.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, and fry the ingredients from step 2 on strong medium heat for about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Make an opening in the center, and add the tofu.
  7. Stir while crushing the tofu to your preference.
  8. Add sake, mirin, and oyster sauce in order, and stir vigorously while checking the taste, adding salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Turn off the heat after the flavoring has been evenly distributed.
  10. Transfer to plates and serve.
