Stir Fried Asparagus, Wiener Sausages and Tofu
- 1 one package Tofu
- 6 Asparagus
- 6 Wiener sausages
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp Sake
- 1/2 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Katakuriko
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 Vegetable oil
- Thoroughly drain the tofu.
- Cut into 1.5-2 cm cubes.
- Cut both the asparagus and the wiener sausages into 2 cm.
- Dredge the tofu in katakuriko.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, and fry the ingredients from step 2 on strong medium heat for about 2-3 minutes.
- Make an opening in the center, and add the tofu.
- Stir while crushing the tofu to your preference.
- Add sake, mirin, and oyster sauce in order, and stir vigorously while checking the taste, adding salt and pepper to taste.
- Turn off the heat after the flavoring has been evenly distributed.
- Transfer to plates and serve.
