Smoky Mary
- 1 1/2 ounce Sangrita
- 1 1/2 ounce mezcal
- Salt and pepper
- citrus zest
- Mix citrus zest with salt and pepper.
- Rim a chilled double rocks glass with a citrus salt-and-pepper mixture, and add ice.
- In a shaker, combine the mezcal and sangrita, and add 1 cube of ice.
- Shake lightly and pour contents into glass.
- Garnish with a lime wheel.
