Angel Food Cupcakes with Fluffy Frosting
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) angel food cake mix
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
- 12 fresh strawberries, cut in half
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Prepare cake batter as directed on package.
- Pour into 24 paper-lined muffin cups.
- (Batter will nearly fill cups.)
- Bake 26 min.
- or until tops are light golden brown.
- Cool in pans 10 min.
- ; remove to wire racks.
- Cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar and milk in medium bowl with mixer until well blended.
- Stir in COOL WHIP; spread onto cupcakes.
- Top with berries.
- Keep refrigerated.
