Pork with Curry!
- 2 pounds, 3-13 ounces, weight Pork Cut Into Bites
- 1 Large Onion, Cut Into Cubes
- Salt And Pepper
- 1 Medium Orange, Juiced
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon To 3 Teaspoons Curry Powder
- 1 cup, 2-23 teaspoons, 78 pinches Low-fat Cooking Cream
- Cooked Rice, To Serve

- In a casserole, brown the pork and the onion.
- Add salt and pepper.
- 2.
- In a bowl, mix orange juice with honey and add the mixture to the pork.
- 3.
- Allow to boil for a while and turn down the heat.
- 4.
- Add the curry.
- Stir and let cook until fragrant.
- 5.
- When ready and meat is cooked, add the cream.
- 6.
- Allow to boil for a while again, to thicken the sauce.
- 7.
- Serve with boiled rice, whatever type you like, and enjoy.
