Shrimp Newburgh Recipe

  1. Heat shrimp and butter for 2 min, add in sherry and cook another 1 minute.
  2. Beat egg yolks in cream and stir into shrimp mix.
  3. Add in seasonings.
  4. Stir till thick.
  5. This recipe can be used with Lobster, Crab, Oysters or possibly Sweet Breads.
  6. Except for Lobster, serve over Potato Puffs.
