Banana Yogurt Shake Recipe
- 1 1/2 c. 2% lowfat lowfat milk
- 2 x Ripe bananas, peeled
- 1 c. Plain yogurt
- 1/4 c. Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1 dsh Nutmeg
- 5 x Ice cubes
- Preparation :15 Cook :00 Stand :00 Total :15
- Combine all ingredients except ice cubes in blender and blend till thick and creamy.
- Add in ice cubes one at a time and blend till smooth.
- Note: Vanilla yogurt can be substituted for plain yogurt and vanilla.
