Sweet & Sour Chicken Meatballs

  1. Prepare and bake Basic Meatballs as directed, substituting ground chicken for the ground beef and increasing the baking time to 13 to 14 min.
  2. or until meatballs are done (165 degrees F).
  3. Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
  4. Add peppers; cook and stir 4 min.
  5. or until crisp-tender.
  6. Stir in garlic and ginger; cook 1 min., stirring frequently.
  7. Add dressing, barbecue sauce and pineapple; mix well.
  8. Bring just to boil, stirring frequently.
  9. Add meatballs; cook 1 to 2 min.
  10. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  11. Top with onions.
