Crab & Shrimp Salad
- 14 cup onion, chopped
- 14 green pepper, chopped
- 3 ounces green olives, chopped
- 12 cup celery
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 cup shrimp
- 1 cup crab
- 2 tablespoons cream
- 4 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- chow mein noodles (optional)
- Combine the first seven ingredients.
- Mix together cream, vinegar and mayonnaise, then add to the previous mixture.
- Let refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Pour over chow mein noodles (optional) and mix together.
- Serve on lettuce leaf with garnish.
