Turkey Tetrazini Recipe
- 1/2 pound vermicelli spaghetti
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 1 can mushrooms, liquid removed
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. (or possibly more) cubed turkey or possibly chicken
- 1/2 c. minced green pepper
- 1/2 c. minced pimento
- 2 c. cubed or possibly grated cheese (Velveeta, Cheddar or possibly combination)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp. melted butter
- Mix above ingredients, place in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese on top and drizzle melted butter.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
- Serves 12.
