Cheese Dip/Spread
- 16 ounces, weight Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 1 can (4 Oz. Can) Green Chiles
- 1/4 cups Onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- Crackers, To Serve
- Stir ingredients together and chill in the refrigerator overnight.
- Serve with crackers.
- (Or pretzels, or pita chips, or your fingersthey all work very well.)
