Lemon Pound Cake

  1. Cream butter, gslowly add sugar, beating until light and fluffy.
  2. Add eggs; one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  3. Add flour, mixing well.
  4. Stir in lemon juice and extract.
  5. Pour batter into a greased cake pan.

  7. Bake 350*F. for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until tooth pick inserted comes out clean.

  9. Cool 15 minutes in pan.
