Blood Orange Mimosa

• 2 ounces (1/4 cup) fresh blood orange juice
• 3 ounces Champagne
• Twist of blood orange zest

1. Combine the blood orange juice and Champagne in a Champagne flute.
2. Stir gently.
3. Garnish with the blood orange twist and serve.
