Saffron Cups
- 2 pinches saffron (kesar)
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 12 ice cubes
- Heat kesar in a small bowl on a very low flame, rub in a little warm water until the kesar dissolves.
- Add lemon juice and sugar and mix.
- Add in 3 cups of water and mix well.
- Put into 6 glasses and add 2 ice cubes per glass and serve.
