Easy Chinese Tomato Spinach Soup Recipe
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. sherry
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 2 c. water
- 1 (28 ounce.) can tomatoes, undrained, cut up
- 2 cubes chicken bouillon
- 2 c. shredded fresh spinach
- Sm. piece boneless sirloin in paper thin strips
- Combine cornstarch, soy sauce and sherry.
- Add in pcs of beef and toss.
- Heat oil in large saucepan.
- Add in beef mix and stir fry for 2 min.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Bring to a boil.
- Lower heat and simmer for 10 min.
- Serves 4.
