On-The-Go Banana Breakfast Roll-Up
- 1 banana
- 1 whole wheat tortilla (8 or 10-inch)
- 1 tablespoon crunchy peanut butter
- Turn a non stick frying pan on med.
- high, and toss your tortilla in to warm up and crisp up for 1-2 minutes.
- You can flip it over if you want to.

- You can just use your tortilla cold, or even microwave it for a couples seconds.

- Peel your banana.
- Spread the peanut butter on one half of the tortilla.
- Roll up your banana in the tortilla starting from the peanut butter side.
