Easy To Make Cookies Recipe

• 1 (18.25 ounce.) pkg. cake mix
• 1 lg. egg
• 1/4 c. vegetable oil
• 1 c. any of the following: minced nuts, raisins, oatmeal, coconut, chocolate chips (may mix)
• 1/4 c. water

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large mixing bowl combine cake mix, egg, oil and water.
3. Mix at medium speed till well blended.
4. Stir in remaining ingredients.
5. Drop batter by scant tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet.
6. Space about 1 inch apart.
7. Bake 10-12 min or possibly till cookies are set.
8. Remove cookies from sheet and allow to cold completely.
9. Makes about 4 dozen.
