Spinach, Chikuwa, and Tuna with Mayo
- 4 stick Chikuwa
- 1/2 bunch Spinach
- 1 can Canned tuna
- 5 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- Diagonally slice the chikuwa.
- Drain the oil from the canned tuna.
- Blanch the spinach and drain well.
- Cut into 4 cm lengths.
- I cook mine in the microwave.
- Mix the chikuwa, tuna, and spinach with the mayonnaise.
- Season with salt and pepper and mix again.
