Spinach, Chikuwa, and Tuna with Mayo

  1. Diagonally slice the chikuwa.
  2. Drain the oil from the canned tuna.
  3. Blanch the spinach and drain well.
  4. Cut into 4 cm lengths.
  5. I cook mine in the microwave.
  6. Mix the chikuwa, tuna, and spinach with the mayonnaise.
  7. Season with salt and pepper and mix again.
