Caribbean Shrimp Avocado
- 1 large avocado
- 1/2 packages Shrimp
- 1 as needed Onions
- 1 as needed Red sweet pepper
- 1 as needed Yellow sweet pepper
- 1 as needed Orange sweet pepper
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Grace jerk seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1 1/2 dash Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp Powdered garlic
- 1 tbsp White vinegar
- 3 tbsp Coconut Oil
- Thaw shrimp
- Add vinegar, lemon juice, black pepper, jerk seasoning, Cajun seasoning, and garlic powder to the shrimp
- Mix until all shrimp is evenly seasoned
- Add coconut oil to hot pan and sautee onions and sweet peppers
- Add seasoned shrimp and sautee until tender
- Cut avocado in half and remove seed
- Pour shrimp mix into avocado pit
- Enjoy!
