Caribbean Shrimp Avocado

  1. Thaw shrimp
  2. Add vinegar, lemon juice, black pepper, jerk seasoning, Cajun seasoning, and garlic powder to the shrimp
  3. Mix until all shrimp is evenly seasoned
  4. Add coconut oil to hot pan and sautee onions and sweet peppers
  5. Add seasoned shrimp and sautee until tender
  6. Cut avocado in half and remove seed
  7. Pour shrimp mix into avocado pit
  8. Enjoy!
