Gourmet Hot Dog
- 1-1/2 qt. green peppers, cut into thin strips
- 1-1/2 qt. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- - onions, sliced, separated into rings
- 24 each OSCAR MAYER Beef Franks (5:1)
- 24 each hoagie rolls, split, warmed
- 1-1/2 qt. smoked mozzarella cheese, shredded Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
- 1-1/2 cups A.1. Gourmet Sauce, Sundried Tomato
- 1-1/2 qt. canned artichoke hearts, drained, cut into 1/4-inch thick slices
- Saute peppers, mushrooms and onions on oiled preheated 350 degrees F flat-top griddle 2 to 3 min.
- or until tender.
- Remove from griddle; cover to keep warm.
- For each serving: Cook 1 frank on griddle 5 min.
- or until cooked through (160 degrees F), turning occasionally.
- Place in roll.
- Top with 1/4 cup cheese, 1 Tbsp.
- tomato sauce, about 1/3 cup of the sauteed vegetables and 1/4 cup artichokes.
