Gourmet Hot Dog

  1. Saute peppers, mushrooms and onions on oiled preheated 350 degrees F flat-top griddle 2 to 3 min.
  2. or until tender.
  3. Remove from griddle; cover to keep warm.
  4. For each serving: Cook 1 frank on griddle 5 min.
  5. or until cooked through (160 degrees F), turning occasionally.
  6. Place in roll.
  7. Top with 1/4 cup cheese, 1 Tbsp.
  8. tomato sauce, about 1/3 cup of the sauteed vegetables and 1/4 cup artichokes.
