Black Bean Soup, Miss Daisy's Recipe

  1. In a large stock pot combine the beans, broth, water, carrot, onion, potato, celery, oregano, cumin , cayenne and cilantro.
  2. Cook over medium heat for 20 min.
  3. Stir in the lemon juice just before serving.
  4. Garnish with 1 Tbsp.
  5. nonfat lowfat sour cream.
