steaks
- 10 black Angus steaks or your choice
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup Chinese black vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup Shaoxing wine
- 2 tbsp granulated garlic powder
- 2 tbsp Himalayan pink salt ground in salt mill
- 1 1/2 stick butter melted
- marinate the steaks overnite or at least 3 hours ahead
- get grill hot charcoal and wood
- spray grill will nonstick spray
- grill till your preferred doneness before removing baste with butter both sides
- let sit for 5 minutes before consuming
