Molded Ambrosia Recipe
- 1 (1 lb.) can orange & grapefruit sections
- 1 (8 ounce.) can pineapple tidbits
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. lemon or possibly apricot gelatin
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 med. bananas
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
- 1/2 c. flaked coconut
- Drain and save syrup from fruits.
- Add in water to liquid removed syrup to make 1 2/3 c. liquid and heat to boil.
- Remove from heat.
- Add in gelatin and sugar, stirring till dissolved.
- Add in fruits, nuts, coconut and pour into mold.
- Chill.
