Broccoli & Cheese With Chicken Casserole
- 4 chicken breasts, cooked & shredded
- 2 (16 ounce) bags frozen broccoli
- 1.5 (10 3/4 ounce) cans broccoli or 1.5 (10 3/4 ounce) cans chicken soup
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 12 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Ritz cracker
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 small diced onion
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F combine broc, comdensed soup, chic, cheese, 1 Pack of crushed Ritz, spices.
- sour cream and mayo.
- Spray 9x13 inches pan and cover with 1 pack of crushed Ritz.
- Place broc.
- mixture in pan, top with last bag of crackers.
- Place 6 pats of butter on top of the crackers, cover with foil, bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove foil and continue to bake, browning the top for 15 minutes.
