Warm White Chocolate Cookie Bits

  1. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  2. Stir well to blend.
  3. Cream butter, sugars, egg and vanilla together thoroughly.
  4. Add flour mixture and beat until combined.
  5. Add chocolate chips and pecans.
  6. Shape dough into 4 rolls about 1 1/2 -inches in diameter.
  7. Wrap in waxed paper and freeze in plastic freezer bag or airtight container.
  8. Remove desired amount of cookie dough from freezer and allow it to set at room temperature for at least 15 minutes for easier slicing.
  9. Preheat oven to 350F Line a baking with parchment paper.
  10. Slice dough into 1/2-inch slices.
  11. Cut each slice into quarters.
  12. Place dough on prepared baking sheet.
  13. Bake in preheated oven 10 minutes.
  14. Serve warm or at room temperature.
