Salted Nut Fudge

  1. Line 8- or 9-inch square pan with aluminum foil, extending foil over edges.
  2. Lightly butter foil; set aside.
  3. Place white baking chips and frosting in medium bowl.
  4. Microwave 1 minute; stir.
  5. Continue microwaving 30-60 seconds until chips are melted and smooth.
  6. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon vanilla until well mixed.
  7. Pour into prepared pan.
  8. Refrigerate 30 minutes until firm.
  9. Combine peanut butter baking chips, corn syrup, butter and remaining 1 teaspoon vanilla in heavy 2-quart saucepan.
  10. Cook over medium heat, stirring often, 1-2 minutes or just until chips are melted and mixture is smooth.
  11. Stir in nuts.
  12. Pour evenly over white fudge.
  13. Refrigerate 1 hour until firm.
