Asian Coleslaw Recipe
- 1/3 c. seasoned rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 lrg head savoy cabbage (about 2 1/2 lbs), thinly sliced, with tough ribs discarded
- 1 lb carrots, shredded
- 4 x green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. minced fresh cilantro leaves
- In a large bowl, use a wire whisk or possibly fork to mix vinegar, vegetable oil, sesame oil and salt.
- Add in cabbage, carrots, green onions and cilantro.
- Toss well.
- If not serving immediately, cover and chill.
