VELVEETA Creamy Chicken Broccoli Skillet

• 1/3 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
• 1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
• 2 cups water
• 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, drained
• 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
• 2 cups instant white rice, uncooked

1. Heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat.
2. Add chicken; cook and stir 8 to 10 min.
3. or until done.
4. Add water, broccoli and VELVEETA; bring to boil, stirring frequently.
5. Stir in rice; cover.
6. Remove from heat.
7. Let stand 5 min.
