Spinach and Artichoke Dip

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  2. Add all of your ingredients (except the baguettes, of course) to a large bowl and stir until combined.
  3. Place the mixture in a gratin dish or casserole dish, smoothing the surface with a spatula.
  4. Top with a little freshly grated Parmesan cheese and bake for 1820 minutes, or until all melty and golden on top.
  5. Serve with baguette slices or tortilla chips.
