Overnight Brunch
- 7 slices bread, white
- 1/2 pound cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/2 pound swiss cheese shreddded
- 3 cups milk
- 8 whole eggs beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound breakfast sausage cooked
- 1/4 cup green bell peppers diced
- 1/4 cup yellow onion diced
- 1/2 cup mushrooms sliced
- Grease 9x13 Cake Pan.
- Place bread slices in bottem of pan (I leave the crusts on).
- Cover entire bottom of the pan.
- Sprinkle cheese on the bread.
- Put on whatever other toppings you may have (meat & vegetables etc..)on top of the cheese.
- Combine milk, beaten eggs, & salt.
- Pour over top of other ingredients.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Bake next morning in 350F (180C) oven for 45 to 60 minutes.
- You can add any kind of breakfast meat you may want (Ham, Bacon etc) more or less this easily adjusts to your tastes.
