Eggs Cheezedictine

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add spinach; cook and cook 2 min.
  3. or until wilted.
  4. Drain; cover to keep warm.
  5. Wipe skillet with paper towel.
  6. Add enough water to fill skillet halfway; bring to boil.
  7. Reduce heat to medium-low.
  8. (Bubbles should begin to just break surface of water.)
  9. Slip 1 egg into simmering water; repeat with remaining eggs.
  10. Simmer 2 to 3 min.
  11. or until egg whites are completely set and yolks begin to thicken but do not become firm.
  12. Use slotted spoon to remove eggs from water; drain on paper towels.
  13. Place 1 muffin half on each of 8 plates; top each with 1 bacon slice, 2 Tbsp.
  14. spinach and 1 egg.
  15. Microwave Cheez Whiz in microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 1 to 1-1/2 min.
  16. or until heated through, stirring after 1 min.
  17. Spoon over eggs.
