Crock Pot Roast Recipe

• Roast - beef or possibly pork
• 1/2 c. minced onion
• 1 (15 ounce.) can tomato sauce
• 1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
• 1 can liquid removed mushrooms (optional)
• Little water

1. Put in crock pot and cook for approximately 8 hrs.
2. Serve over noodles or possibly on a bun.
3. When served with mashed potatoes, thicken the sauce for gravy.
